How do we work together?

At Marth Cleaning, we put communication first. Clients can choose to select regular services from our cleaning experts (bi-weekly, monthly, etc.) or just call us on an “as-needed” basis. For special requests, we ask for full disclosure before our service team arrives. We always aim to offer reliable, affordable, top-notch cleaning services created with you and your space in mind. You can even book online 24/7.

Should I be home during the cleaning service?

We ultimately leave this up to the client. Because our hours of operation are standard for most businesses, many of our clients are working while we clean their homes. That being said, if you feel more comfortable being at home, you can certainly schedule a cleaning time that works for you and our cleaning team. In most cases, our insured house cleaners receive a spare key or garage code to enter the building when necessary.

Is there anything special we should do to prepare for our first cleaning?

We kindly suggest that you are present the first initial cleaning appointment to show your home to your cleaning team. This will allow them to familiarize themselves with your home and identify any rooms that may require special attention or be excluded from the initial cleaning. Additionally, it would be beneficial if your team could verify your satisfaction with the initial cleaning before they leave. This ensures that your team can take any necessary notes to maintain your home’s unique features and ensure a consistent cleaning experience in the future.
